Clothing Hypocrisy
March 22, 2007

A quick little something that has bothered me. Women tend to complain that their clothes are uncomfortable, and they are to tight, etc. First of all, this is your choice to wear clothes that fit that way, there is no law behind it; but I do appreciate your taste for ignoring comfort.
But women tend to forget that men don’t have it so easy either. Our closets are simple, which is good and bad; you have choices and we don’t outside of tie and shirt pairing.
What women especially don’t appreciate is that men’s clothing expectations don’t waver with the coming of winter, passing of fall, or blazing heat of summer. W e are always wearing shirts, slacks, suit jackets (if you work in an arcane company), shoes, etc. Women in the summer get to wear dresses that breathe, t-shirts/wife-beaters, and sandals. I am not saying I want to wear a skirt, but I am jealous of how comfortable women are allowed to be.
Last, our shoes are just or more uncomfortable then yours.
