All-new 2009 Nissan 370Z
November 15, 2008
Isn’t she pretty…

Using a revised G37 3.7-liter V6 engine Nissan is looking to deliver between 330 and 350Hp. Along with replacing the 350Z’s 3.5-liter engine, it has undergone some styling tweaks. It’s a rear-wheel-drive beauty with options for both a manual and automatic transmission.
The unveiling of the 370Z is expected to take place this fall at the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show on November 19.
Watch out she has curves…

Ford’s key to controlling Teen drivers
October 7, 2008

Posted by Candace Lombardi on CNet
Ford Motor has found a new way for parents to keep teen drivers in check when they lend them the car, the company said Monday.
MyKey, a car key with a chip, can be programmed to curtail the top speed of its user to 80 mph.
The MyKey will come standard with the 2010 Focus coupe and eventually will be available on other Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury models, according to Ford.
In addition to implementing a speed limit, the key can be used to limit the volume of the car stereo system and emit a chime for six seconds every five minutes until the driver puts on a seatbelt.
MyKey can also be programmed to chime once each time the car reaches 45 mph, 55 mph, and 65 mph to alert young drivers about their acceleration.
Another feature, useful to anyone who fails to notice when the fuel light goes on, chimes when the car is 75 miles from empty. (The light on a Ford usually goes on at 50 miles to empty.)

Unboxing a Lamborghini Reventon - 1 of 20
September 17, 2008
It is currently the most powerful and expensive Lamborghini road car to date, costing one million euros. The official press release states that only 20 examples will be released to the public, with a single car (0/20) produced for the Lamborghini Museum. Although early rumours indicated the total number would actually be 100, each Reventón is clearly stamped with its number in the sequence of 20 between the drivers and passengers seats.
Although the exterior is all new, almost all the mechanical elements (including the engine) are taken directly from the Murciélago LP640. According to the official press release, the exterior styling was inspired by “the fastest airplanes”. To emphasize this, Lamborghini staged a race between a Reventón and a Panavia Tornado fighter plane.
