But lately I have had no problems, I purchased a laptop with excellent customer support, purchased a 5 year warrenty, and my new Lenovo T61 runs like the Mfg. states it should, so far so good. Emails are consistently received in 24 hours. Call waiting time is very short if at all, and their staff sound quite professional (I've dealt with at least 4 reps by now).
